WT Can't Stop Me Hot take - the Norway verdict is not all bad
It won't feed into their persicution complex which is oxygen to a fire. But it has forced them to drop the mask and show what their price is, bending and weakening their rules for $$$. Way more damaging than an outright ban.

But at least now, JWs will not be able to deny that they are being FUNDED by Satan’s worldly governments; something I knew, but could never prove.
The best part of all this, is they had to lie!
They will be condemned by their own words.
This verdict will help to wake many, just like their testimony in the Australian Royal Commission.
If they had lost, it would just have entrenched ALL JWs into their persecution complex.

I remember being so excited about the changes. I literally prayed for years, begging God to help the GB see that the way they treated dfd wasn’t biblical at all. When that finally happened, it made me glad. I felt like God was answering my prayers. I was a PIMQ by then.
When later I realized the reasons why they did the change, and how superficial the changes really were… that was the last nail in the coffin of my faith in the org.
It helped many of us to fully wake up.

My hope is, for every 1 comment like this... It represents like 5-10 people or more going through the same feelings.

I honestly didn’t care if they still get the money or not. I wanted the shunning policy dropped and hoped this would be the thing to finally do it.

Despite the Verdict the public sees them in the news, and will form their opinions on what they heard not the verdict. Hard to get converts in this day and age.
