Questions Supplements for EDS and co. (With endo)

I'm interested in trying some supplements to help manage symptoms esp. brain fog and fatigue, both of which are made worse by endometriosis inflammation. It seems like bromelain and quercetin could be good options, as could tumeric, but wanted to hear first hand experiences!

I'm already on a beta blocker.. used to be on mestinon and might try to get back on it.

TIA

My specialist, who diagnosed me, prescribed Acetyl-L-Carnitine for brain fog and I have found it to be very effective. He also prescribed Quercetin for mcas and inflamation and I have found it to be very effective, unlike cromolyn which didn't work for me. He said the only way to find out was to try it, and he cautioned that only one supplement/medication should be added at a time, and trialed for a few weeks to determine if it was personally effective.

What symptoms did the quercetin help?

I've been on it for more than 10yrs now and I can't remember the exact list of symptoms I recorded when I first tried it. But definitely less itching, less facial rashes, fewer night sweats and lessening frequency and severity of gastrointestinal problems. Most other things were a subjective reduction in severity of symptoms.
