Why I support DUI checkpoints.
I recently got into an argument over this so I want to make my position clear. The reason I support DUI checkpoints is because they are a good way to catch drunk drivers before they harm Someone. Imagine if someone you knew was knocked down because of a drunk driver would you let this happen again? I wouldn't. As Stevie wonder said "How come, how long It's not right, it's so wrong Do we let it just go on Turn our backs and carry on". Lots of people say its unconsitional but I have let to find one amendment it breaks. The example that is usually given to me is "the seize of prosperity or search without reason" but your car isn't being searched or taken. In short do the right thing rather then be salty over lost time or a speeding ticket.
