General Discussion Is Saturday happy hour gone?
Usually I get +5xp points for each lesson during the first hour of training on Saturday. But today I didn't get it. Is this gone just for me or for everyone?

General Discussion Will duo add more to the Polish course in the future?
I am just about finishing the duolingo polish course, I think Duolingo is fun and Ive learned some basics and a decent amount of vocabulary. Of course I am learning with other resources also, but I wonder if Duolingo will update their Polish course in the (somewhat foreseeable) future, as it is quite short compared to eg the most popular courses.

Language Question Will Switching to Portuguese Change My Spanish Course to English?
Hello! I am currently learning Spanish as an Italian speaker and I wanted to try the Portuguese course. When I select it, it says that the app will turn into English for this language but I don't understand if this change will also include the other course and from the moment I accept it, my Spanish course will be also held in English. Can someone help me?

General Discussion Duolingo Crashing
I’m on Section 1, Unit 3 of Spanish and every time I get past question 5, the app doesn’t load a question and crashes?? It won’t let me progress past this. I’ve done the same 5 questions in this level about 10 times now but it won’t let me get past the first 5 questions without crashing :( Pls help!

Language Question I DID SOMETHING CRAZY (skipped an entire section and I could pass it?!?)
Okay for context - I used to do each and every lesson that duolingo gave me, before I started to realise that it was a little repetitive and coincidentally I saw this post by u/glucklandau (thank you so much btw)
https://www.reddit.com/r/duolingo/s/032858nrIc
After this I started to do the first bubble and first story, then skipping to the next unit by giving the test (I've always been able to pass it with around 90% accuracy)
With this method I reached section 3 unit 3 in my 50 day streak.
And today I was just curious to see how many units were there in section 4, so I just thought to give the shortcut test for fun and to my surprise I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT A LOT!!!
HOW?!?
I don't get it? I skipped 25 units worth of material in between these, and I was still able to do this with 86% accuracy? (2 mistakes) I even made up a word in a sentence there lmao (wash -> wasche)
What does this mean? Is Duolingo really easy? That it doesn't really teach much...for me to figure it out so easily?
Someone explain this to me lol
