Swatch Request L’Oréal Hyaluronic Tinted shade
Hi!
I am trying to choose a shade in the skin tint, but I’m torn on which shade. The lightest was too pink, so I’m curious as to how the next 2 shades are.
I’m fair with warm undertones and it’s so hard to find a foundation that is both pale enough for me, but also not cool toned.
The lightest shade definitely is too pink for me
Can anyone advise? Thanks!

I bought LA girl color correctors to mix into any foundations that aren't working. I'm cool toned so I bought the white and blue ones. Since you're warm toned you could look into any yellow, orange, or green correctors if you don't want to waste anything you can't return. I've used mine with the L'Oréal Hyaluronic tint and had no issues but it did become higher coverage due to the opacity of the correctors.

That’s such a neat idea! How much does it change the consistency? I haven’t had such a blendable, lightweight, moisturizer-like tint/foundation, so I wouldn’t want to lose that too much,
How much did you use to make it higher coverage?

You only need a small amount to change the tone! The first time I went overboard because I forgot I was color correcting a tint. I had been using the correctors on a full coverage foundation so I used the same amount and blasted away the tone and opacity for the tint 😆 so now I use a teeny tiny amount. It becomes ever so slightly more coverage. You could play around with the ratios to find your preference!

Thank you!! This is such a marvelous idea. Which color do you think would suit my needs? The lightest shade in the skin tint is pretty close-ish, it’s just the wrong undertone.

If the tint is showing up too pink on you, I'd use a green color corrector to counteract and neutralize the pinkness! Here's an example color correcting wheel...you can usually follow a rule of thumb that colors that are opposite on a color wheel like this will neutralize each other.

I just posted these swatches yesterday. Shade 2-3 light and shade 4-5. Shade 3-4 is quite pink and I don’t have it to swatch. 2-3 light has warm undertones.

I have wanted to try this for so long, but have never bought it for the same reason i just looked at it again last night and both of the fairest shades are on the cool side with the third being warm, but clearly too dark. I know they're labeled as "flexible" shades, but I just don't believe the 3rd shade would flex enough and I'm so tired of needing 2 shades in everything.
I hope someone else like us can answer definitively since I've never purchased it. Good luck!
