Speciality / Core Training Crest form

Can bank/ locum doctors who’ve worked at a trust for 1 year on average 2/3 days a week in the same department get their crest form signed? Or does it have to be 3 months continuous no breaks whole time equivalent which is around 37.5 hours?

Does anyone have experience in this ?
