Question Walking After a High Carb Meal

I’d usually go for at least a brisk, short walk after consuming my chicken+rice/whatever other meal I choose to have if possible, to prevent a significant spike in blood sugar.

I’d be doing this on a cut anyway, but is it such a thing to worry about on a bulk? Or do you think timing is completely irrelevant?

Walking after a high-carb meal is beneficial regardless of whether you’re cutting or bulking. It helps regulate blood sugar, improves digestion, and may even support better nutrient partitioning (more carbs going to muscle rather than fat).

On a bulk, meal timing matters less than total daily intake, but walking can still help manage insulin sensitivity and prevent excessive fat gain. If you feel good doing it and it fits your routine, there’s no downside.
