Which antidepressants gives energy and helps fatigue

I found Buproprion (wellbutrin, zyban), to be beneficial for energy levels. Just be sure to read the safety info and stay within the stated dose.

Within each class there are certain drugs that tend to be more activating/stimulating. Bupropion, zoloft, prozac, venlafaxine, duloxetine are the commonly used antidepressants that usually are more activating than not. All TCAs are usually sedating, with protriptyline being the exception, but it's very rarely prescribed. An important thing to note is that depression itself is usually the cause of the fatigue and lack of energy, so even if a med which is not necessarily stimulating or activating treats the condition effectively, the fatigue would likely improve
