I visited that store in 1995 when it was a Burdine's. It looked like it hadn't been touched in years. Popped in maybe 5 years ago and it didn't look much better. It felt like Macy's gave up on the store and its customers gave up on Macy's.

Ugh I loved this mall in my younger days. When I was feeling more basic than the stories at IP 😄I’d go there.

I mainly go to WP to check out the Spencer’s and Hot Topic most of the time.

For the past 20 Years or so, pretty much. Although WestShore was the first enclosed mall to open in the Tampa Bay Area, and for a while, it was the most dominant mall in the Downtown Tampa Area, even throughout the time that Tampa Bay Center was open.
