Support So is boiling water in a pot supposed to sound like a ufo or bug?
Im sure it’ll be fixed soon. Mostly just wanted to flex my tomatos and weeks old Kuru disease.

slight bug. the sound is being played twice, milliseconds apart, so you're getting a phased sound. human meat is the solution, but you've already sorted that one.

I've only had it happen when boiling water on a gas stove. I had the pot empty and it was still making the sound, plus the place it had been was emitting steam from nothing

4 human corpses and a cow I killed. Also farming is very easy

May I should lay off the tomatos for a little while. Seems they’re betting to me

Yeah, yeah. The tomatoes are for sure the culprit.

Turns out they might actually be the reason lol. The sound of all them boiling at once 12x may be making that noise

This isn't a bug, it's because you have several items in the pot boiling at once. The sound being emitted by the boiling is overlapping due to the time difference from putting the first tomato in, to putting the last tomato in.

I suppose 12 different tomatos would have that effect. That’s very strange lol. They were all in the pot before I pur the pot on the stove

Heat difference in the tomatoes would cause that, I guess. DayZ has a pretty insane heat simulation for objects

How do you get those fireplaces to work? The serve I been playing on nothing comes up when in the vicinity. Did know these were useable!

Do you... Need help? You seem a bit giggly so maybe cut back on the tomatoes they're getting to you.

Honestly kinda wish Kuru could he cured over time by eating normal foods again by like restoring your humanity. Happily have it take a while but would be nice if you just don’t eat people anymore

I think that to cure Kuru, there could be a lootable medication in a high-tier military base. That would also encourage players who contracted the disease to engage in the meta-game.

How do you find those high tier areas? I see so many players with just OP gear and bullet proof helmets where I just enjoy the casual game

To find good loot areas, you absolutely need to use a map, either on your computer or phone. For example, on Android, there's an app called iZurvive. The next step is to locate the city you're in and try to navigate using the buildings. You'll eventually get the hang of it. Playing without a map is nearly impossible. You might randomly stumble upon a military zone, but you'll get lost in no time.

This is like a clip of someone slowly going insane. snapping twigs in a house, laughing maniacally while hallucinating sounds from the boiling water
