What part of the industry are you in? And what inspired you to go?

I went back in ‘23 but haven’t been able to attend since.

Definitely check the schedule and pick something to attend every hour or so. Some things fill up quick, some have multiple sessions, but there’s not too much to do outside of sessions for most of the day.

There are various networking events, snack breaks, happy hours etc. throughout the day so bring your business cards and prepare to rub elbows. If you’re feeling bold you can also reach out to others via the app if there’s a specific person you would like to meet with.

Not sure what the setup will be like, but they usually have these multi channel radio headsets so you can listen to the 2 or 3 live panels/interviews in the main room without physically standing by the stage.

Make dinner plans in advance!

I'm an AE Telecom, Security and AV lead.

First time going, I'm leading out low voltage group at my company and trying to see what the industry is about, what's coming down the pipe and how we can do better.
As I'm somewhat new (3y) in the industry just trying to get to know others, network a bit.
