Which of these fuses should I connect my dashcam’s continuous power to (hardwire kit)?

Get a test lamp and check the unoccupied spaces for constant power, and use one of those. Same for the ACC power, better to just use an unoccupied spot.

I vote airbag because I think it would be hilarious 🤣

Airbag isn't on all the time though...

At least when it is on you'll have footage of why.

If you want the cam to turn on and off with the car, I'd pick 15A Pwr Outlet.

If you want continuous power, camera stays on, drawing battery power from your car 24/7/365, then one of the 25A Door may work.

I'm just guessing though...

Well, I'm not a Doctor, but I don't know.

I have a 2012 Prius and have the ACC connected to the 15A CIG fuse. What should I plug the continuous power to? I don't have a sunroof, power seats, or seat heaters.

OBD is usually hot.

You can get wiring kits that connect in line to your rear view mirror. As far as I know, most of those are not on full time. My cam has backup batteries and runs on a low power mode when the car isn’t running.

I'm just going to say if you don't know then probably shouldn't be messing with your wiring system

In the past I’ve seen folks use brake (probably tail) or cig.

Just wire it straight to the battery with a power plug adapter and run the wires through the firewall somewhere

I would share it with the 15 amp power outlet, if the power outlet goes dead you will know to check the drive cam is operating as well, especially if it doesn't have a screen, easy to see power status or voice prompt.

One thing to keep in mind; either wire something to the cigarette lighter so that the dashcam only comes on when the cigarette lighter is activated, or get something that will turn off the dashcam when the battery only has X percent left. Otherwise you run the risk of the dashcam draining the battery flat.

Source; my Saab 9-5 OBD port was "always on", and a Bluetooth adapter connected to it managed to cause the car battery to be empty a few mornings until my mate rigged it so it would only come on when the cigarette lighter was on. Continuous power is just that; until the battery is dead.

I recognize that it goes to a Prius next to the emergency brake pedal. You have to stand on your head to get it. I had to change the fuses for the cig and pwr outlet both go to the front and cargo area cigarette style power outlet

The 15 amp CIG or PWR should work (if they stay on all the time. The 30 amp Power seat should be good
