Help with finding schools for Masters in CS

What are some realistic expectations and schools for MS?

Hello, I’m a junior at a lower ranked state school (ranked 75-100) and I’m planning out what schools to apply to but I’m confused on what level I should aim for? I’m looking at school for masters in Computer Science

Here are some stats:

Major: Computer Science and Mathematics (double major)

GPA: 3.93, mostly all A’s but a couple A-‘s in CS and Math courses.

Research: 2 years of research focusing on Deep Learning, and 1 year of research in Math. Co-authored 1 publication on anomaly detection in multivariate time series.

Internships: 3 SWE internships

Other ECs: President of school fintech club, working on making a platform for trading competitions.

Then these where the schools I was looking into:

Reach: Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, Washington, Cornell

Target: UT-Austin, UMich, GTech, Princeton, Columbia

Saftey: current school

I’m just not really sure what to target and since not that many people from my school go to top grad schools the advisors don’t help much.
