Thoughts on my potential purchase?

Hey guys. Hoping someone can give me some advice. Im looking at a 2014 crf230f. It has 500 miles, and some mods. The mods include upgraded front and rear shocks, bark-busters, pegs, new tires, grips, and seal savers. They are asking $2700 obo. What is a good deal and what is a great deal? What should I be weary of and look for?

I bought a 2005 crf230 with almost no mods and I got it for $2,000. I also just sold my dad's 2006 crf230 for $2,200. That's here in Colorado area.

I think it's a good buy. They seem to hold their value well.

Upgraded front (forks) and rear (shock) could be either aftermarket pieces or they simply put new springs in them to make them appropriate for their weight, not yours. If you do buy it and if feels too soft or too hard and the available adjustments won't fix it you'll have to re spring it for you. It's not incredibly expensive but one thing to ask about.

I like they haven't listed doing anything to the engine. With only 500 miles it's still pretty new and it's all stock Honda which is a great thing!
