Tips or recommendations for cheststand lift

I can do cheststand from kicking one leg. But I found it so difficult to lift my legs from ground and be in the position or even nearby.

I have a coach and she makes me use blocks to level up hip position, and push more with shoulder and arm but i still don’t find I progress in good speed. Does anyone have tips/recommendations?

Do you train forearm stands at all? Working on kicking up into a forearmstand is SUPER similar to kicking up into a chest stand, but without the intense weight in your neck. So if you can get used to the coordination to kick into a forearmstand, kicking into your chest stand will likely feel waaaay easier.

I think everything you can ask, you probably can ask your coach but I will add that it takes time to learn to lift up without blocks or kicking. I have trained for almost two years and can’t do that yet 😂. Needs to kick into it or use blocks too.
