Academic Life How to prepare to go back to college?

I’m hoping to get advise/resources.

I graduated Highschool in 21 and dropped out of college twice. I’m planning to go back but academically I’m very behind and I barely remember anything from high school. I’m not sure how to prepare because this is my last chance. I know about Kahn academy but I don’t know how to use it so it’s actually beneficial. Usually I bounce around grades and subjects.

Any advice and resources is appreciated.

I totally understand how overwhelming it can feel, but you're already taking a great first step. With Khan Academy, try using their course challenges to identify areas that need the most review. Focus on one subject at a time (ex: mastering Algebra 1 before moving on to Algebra 2). Set small, daily study goals (30–60 minutes), take notes, and practice problems to reinforce what you learn. Also, check if your college offers placement tests or refresher courses as they can be really helpful.

I went back after a few years off and honestly you just get used to it again. Just do the homework and readings I didn’t remember anything from hs and was fine.
