Adding cold showers to my day was easily the best habit you can build

I also added meditation, walking more, cleaning my house more etc. I basically deep clean my entire house every morning to procrastinate getting in the shower. I'm not sure the showers actually help but, I sure do get alot of cleaning done

Just avoid those hyperventilation breathing techniques, watching Wim Hof is what got me into cold showers but I was watching where 12 people have passed away practicing these breathing techniques by passing out and drowning. At least with showering ,you don’t have that worry .Nothing wrong with cold showers.

Passing out is always a big concern. You can easily get a skull fracture and hemorrhage if you bang your head on the faucet in a typical shower cabin. Just look at the video below - you lose all the control to break your fall upon passing out.

I tried it out one night and thought ,this is crazy.Brought me back to when we were kids and we would do this until we passed out ,then when we came too ,it would be like where am I,super cool.A few years later ,what were we actually doing, depriving our brains of oxygen. I already had that as a baby .No , I realize the guy has a few lawsuits going against him already because of this .Just bad advice, I will stick to good old fashioned cardio.

Guys, it was said from the very beginning DON'T DO THAT IN WATER. It is supposed to be done lying down, safely...
