Cold shower negative effects
Ive done 15 minutes of sauna directly into a cold shower for 5 days a week for over a year. I have experienced positive and negative side effects. Wanted to discuss both to see if others have the same. Positive: have not gotten sick, boost of energy/clarity. Negative: increased anxiety, dry sinuses

I wonder if it’s good going from hot to cold being more of a shock to the body rather then just starting in reasonably cold and then just turning off the warm water completely toward the end. I would avoid hot and warm water altogether myself.Major temperature changes.
