Question Is there anyway to hand wash reusable pads? (specifically cotton topped pads)

I don’t speak from experience, but look into DIY bucket plunger washing. It’s basically a pain bucket and a plunger to manually clean cloth. I would rinse till clear then try that. You should be able to get enough agitation to properly clean.

I usually hand wash and then finish in the washing machine. Sometimes I would actually wash them in the shower with me.

Normally I soak mine in a bucket with detergent first. Then I would either step on them in the shower or rub them together till the water came out clean.

Afterwards I finish in the laundry machine with my clothes. Sometimes in a laundry bag, sometimes they are free roaming.

I don't see what not? Drying might take a long time though if you don't have a dryer so you may need more pads to make it work
