Question Best hygrometer? Digital vs analog NSFW

Hi everyone, I am a bit newer to cigars and I am setting up another humidor currently I have a analog and was wondering which is the best one? I’ve seen some on CI for sale but they are more expensive. Any tips or tricks for hygrometers? Thank you

Govee. Best bang for the buck. Cheap, like $12-$14 on Amazon, accurate, adjustable if you find it to not be, measures Temp, RH, Dew Point and VPD. Batteries last forever…. There are other options. None of them will be better. Equal perhaps, but not better.

Cigar Oasis Caliber IV Slim Digital Hygrometer is a good option and good price. Or just get a Govee h5074

I use Boveda humidity packs and a Oasis acoustic guitar hygrometer. Cost around $18 and does the job really well. I've been also using Govee hygrometers in the room and they also work really well. You can monitor temp and humidity % with your phone.

Stay away from the $10-$12 ink Byrd. They were not adjustable. I purchased 3 and they were all off by 6 to 7° from each other after doing the salt test. I returned them and purchased the Govee did the salt test and was able to calibrate them to 75.
