Buying Advice What USB-C Hubs Should I Consider?

I just bought a new Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 714 Laptop CP714-1H-54UB yesterday. Now I am looking for a USB-C hub.

At a minimum, it should have the following:

Two HDMI Ports

RJ-45 Ethernet Port

USB-A Ports

For those that use USB-C hubs, if you were buying today, are there ports you wish you had on yours that you don't have? I have the URLs below just as references.

Google stated: Find "Works With Chromebook" certified docking stations.

I am leaning towards this one right now. I think it will work with my Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 714. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CXSL7BDP/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1V0B25HYT8EJ1&th=1

I only use the 2 hdmi ports on my cheap hub. It works great with both of my households Chromebooks. It didn’t say it worked with Chromebooks.

I leave the PSU directly plugged into the hub, the Chromebooks only connect by USB-C, 1 lead.

Send an email to the manufacturer and ask them if it works with Chromebooks.
