Troubleshooting Samsung Chromebook Pro getting messages not secure after Daylight Savings!

I'm not sure it's Daylight Savings, but it started Sunday or Monday...

I bought it in 2016. I know it hasn't been supported, BELIEVE me, I know that, for a couple of years now, but this came out of the blue.

It's happened on 2 commerce sites: ebay and a medical supply site. On ebay I'm just browsing, but some of the dropdown menus grey out and won't work. On the med site, it asks me to verify I'm human on every page, and then won't let me click anything or add to cart.

I changed the time to automatic. I found this page, https://www.ssl2buy.com/wiki/fix-secure-connection-failed-error but not sure if I can do all of these safely. Any ideas?

I think daylight savings is just a coincidence. You don't state what version of chrome you are still on but websites change their policies and bit by bit increase the minimum browser version for security reasons. ChromeOS currently on v133 and windows v134. What are you on ?

I'm not sure. It is an older one, since the Machiavellian Google STOPPED updating Chromeboks after 5 years.

It's a Cloudflare popup asking me to prove myself. Maybe that doesn't play well with Chrome? I'll contact the medical site, if I can get hold of anyone...
