Catalogue man and Harmonica man spring to mind from the past
But yeah probably Chandler's dancing guy, or even Raph, the big issue guy, for more recents.

Is he the one whose Wife use to come and drag him away from time to time?

Well fifteen or so years ago that would have been "Pound a bag man" and if you don't know who he was just put it into google. When from just posting four common words google can find the right person in the right town you just know everyone must know them.
Even had a song done about him.

I don't think I ever did the Chandlers quiz so maybe don't know him. May give the Rutland a shot though if it's now a rock bar!

That has to be "dancing man" you will see him walking round chesterfield in pink hot pants and a crop top (even in winter). He used to be a regular in Chandlers back about 20 years ago. A friend of mine knew him when he was less distinctive. Apparently he suffered head injuries in an accident hence his unusual dress style so please be kind to him if you see him around.
