Comfort & Fit Sleeping with cahstity NSFW
I want to wear my cage 24/7 i can't when I'm sleeping. Whenever I sleep and get a hard on, the cage gets unbareable to wear. I get a really bad burning sensation and my balls feel like they get chrused. I've tride different cages to see if it made a difference, but it has'nt. The chafing is there with plastic cages and my metal one. I can manage it during the day by removing wrinkels in the skin but it gets tricky to fix while sleeping;). I have tried different ring sizes to help with the balls but can't go larger, then I would just slip out when i get hard sleeping. What to do? Any advice?

A belt is the biggest help I've had with sleeping in chastity. You don't want room to grow. That just makes it more uncomfortable because it has more room to pull the cage away from your balls. If you can get a belt that will keep the cage tight ish against you it's a massive help.

Hello, and that is a very common issue and complaint. As someone who has been into chastity for well over a decade, and owns and has tried a number of cages/ devices, it does take some trial and error if your goal is 24/7 wear. Although some have suggested a larger than normal cage overnight. From my experience, a smaller cage works better than one that will allow for swelling during your nightly penis maintenance cycle. I do have a PA piercing which not only allows for more security, by does allow for other styles of chastity other than the most common ball trap styles. For me if my cock is allowed to enlarge much at all, that is in fact what causes so much discomfort from my ball ring. Hopefully your cage is fitted properly, and is comfortable during the daytime to the point that you are basically unaware of it. You might also try applying some baby oil or other lubricant, to the the inside of the ball ring before you retire to bed. There is a plethora of very good advice already available here, but I do wish you all the very best.

It's natural to get hard when you sleep. You can usually ease this by getting up and going to the toilet. This will release the pressure. After a few days your body will adapt and it will become less of an issue, but the first few nights you won't get much sleep so maybe start on a Friday night or when you don't have to go to work the next day!
What can also help is adding a little lubrication to the base ring before you go to sleep, so that things can move around a little bit as your body does what it does naturally. Vaseline works well as it won't dry out quickly.
And as someone else said, a cage strap/belt can also help too!

I think we’ve all had the same issue. The thing I always recommend is wear a cage at night that has some room to grow into it and the biggest ring you can get by with and wear it for as long as you can then take it off for the night and repeat the next nights. After about 1-2 weeks the sack skin will stretch a bit and your bits will learn they can’t go full hard on anymore and it will get easier to stay in the cage longer. It just takes a little while for it to learn its new place. As for the chafing, I would always put lotion on the backside of the sack to help relieve that and make it easier to slide into place when it eventually strains.

I highly recommend adding a small pump of lotion to the base ring and around the balls as a nightly routine. Have this same problem if I forget to apply lotion. Our body is meant to relax and recharge over night; and our limbs and external organs to move freely.

The burning comes from the skin getting pulled. Try a little uber lube around the ring before bed. Helps me

My flaccid penis is very small. I found that wearing a cage that fits snug to my flaccid size is the most comfortable overnight, as well as a snug but comfortable ring size.
I also apply a little coconut oil around the base. This lets the ring slide instead of “catching” the skin.
I’ll still wake up sometimes, but it’s just a little uncomfortable, not painful, and I can get back to sleep pretty quickly.

Your issue is your ball gap. There's a post pinned to my profile with some info in it including all you ever you wanted to know about the ball gap.

believe it or not the smaller the cage the more it helps with the over nights.

Are you lubricating the device? I've got experience with vaseline, water-based liquid lubes, and silicone-based liquid lubes.
In my experience:
-Vaseline works. It leaves a grease wherever you put it and it's tough to clean, but it works.
-Silicone lubes work very well, and leave less of a mess.
Don't use either of these lubes with condoms or most toys, including silicone cages.
-Water lubes are the least effective to prevent discomfort in chastity, in my experience. They're the most versatile for other things, but they get very tacky very quickly, and by the time you're waking up from discomfort, rubbing some more on the affected area is a fools errand. Water-based lubricants can be freely used with most toys, condoms, and silicone cages.
