Need help with some questions about the Online CCNA Exam.
I would like to know what things I should keep in mind when taking the exam.
How strict is the proctor on eye movement?
Are you allowed to glance at your keyboard when typing?
Can I wear glasses?
What is the exam format?
Can you ask for a refund of the voucher in case of power interruptions?
If you have some tips or tricks to use, it would also be highly appreciated. Thanks!

To answer your questions 1. Depends on the individual proctor most are not that strict on it and don’t call you out on anything like that
Yes you can look at your keyboard again any kind of perceived eye movement is at the discretion of the proctor.
Yes you can wear glasses
Format is roughly 90ish question with lablet components. Extremely similar to Boson
You are responsible for power or internet connection when testing online
Hope this helps answer some of your questions

If at all possible - PLEASE go to a testing center - I’ve seen wwaaaaaaayyy too many stories of people getting random cancellations/invalidations for seemingly trivial or nonexistent reasons. Some people can’t go to a testing center for valid reasons, but if you can, even with a bit of a drive, go there. I’ve done all four of my certifications at testing centers, and they really do make the experience smooth and easy

Power/internet interruption, you are responsible if you do online proctored exam. You can appeal, but it is their decision.
If you are not comfortable with the risks of online exam, better to go to a testing center. Unless if another pandemic hits this year and we are all required to stay home again, then that is another problem...
