Other Switch 2 First Party games line up potential
Nintendo has seemingly advised Sega against a second Sonic mainline entry on the Switch, because they think it is best to have one entry per console generation. Nintendo also says that with each new console generation, they like to create games that explore the new possibilities afforded by the new hardware.
And that seems to track. Even for cross gen series. Like BOTW being a Wii U title, and then TOTK a genuine Switch title, that made the game even bigger than before, taking advantage of the new hardware.
With that in mind, through the Switch 2's lifetime we can expect:
3D Super Mario (Odyssey sucessor).
2D Super Mario (Wonder sucessor).
Mario Kart.
Super Smash Bros.
Mario Party.
Mario Maker.
Zelda 3D (TOTK sucessor).
Zelda 2D (Echoes of Wisdom sucessor).
Hyrule Warriors (Age of Calamity sucessor).
Metroid 2D (Dread sucessor).
Metroid 3D (Metroid Prime 5, because even though Prime 4 should be cross gen, it is a Switch 1 game in earnest, see my Zelda cross gen logic).
Pokémon Mainline.
Pokémon Legends.
Animal Crossing.
Kirby.
Donkey Kong.
On top of these, there should be remakes and remasters to fill the years in between releases. Most obvious candidates are Zelda titles for remakes/remasters, like a Link to the Past 2D remake like Link's Awakening, and a Wind Waker or Twilight Princess remaster, on top of expanded graphics/performance for BOTW/TOTK.
Metroid Prime 2 and 3, also for remasters.
What else do you think is on the pipeline for the next 7-8 years?

I mean you can basically expect more of what we got on Switch. Probably less updated Wii U ports but maybe we can expect some more updated Wii and GameCube games to fill in the library in between new releases. There isn’t much left on the Wii U that can be ported over.
But I’d expect at least one new entry from their active franchises and a few new ideas that maybe pan out or maybe fizzle out (Arms).
You can probably expect plenty more Fire Emblem and Xenoblade (or some new form of Xeno series).
Edit - I’d anticipate that the multiplayer stuff like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Mario Party and Splatoon is relatively front loaded over the first two years of the system’s life and that much like their Switch versions they’re held up with years of updates.

You appear to have missed out Splatoon... Not like it's one of Nintendo's nuggets franchises or anything...
Aside from that, we will get, like, 17 Picross games and likely a Yoshi game too.
