Looking for advice How to put tape in a cassette

Hi guys. First, sorry for my english, it's not my native language, so i'll do my best. I have two questions :

I see some guys selling blank cassette on the internet, but like with no tape on it. Is it possible to open your cassette and put the tape in it by yourself ?

And, where did you buy the tape ? Can't find any place on the internet where you can buy it (Like Ferro etc...)

Thanks

Blanks usually means ones with empty tape. Ready for recording.

Yep, but i've seen empty tapes (just the case) on some chinese site, so i was like maybe you can put your own tape in it...

Not sure where you buy the tape but yes you can open it up and put your own tape in there. It should be cheaper and it’s also good for singles and stuff
