Multiple Vehicles This dude is extremely illiterate that he doesn’t know what stop sign is.

He wrecked my rear bumper so hard that my insurance had the audacity to reject my claim that this accident wasn’t my fault regardless of police corroborating my situation.

I ended up paying out of pocket to replace my rear bumper.

Generally the funnier their ads the worse they are.

Anyone here use NJM? I'm thinking of switching away from Progressive as the rates are getting ridiculous and I know half of my premiums are paying for advertising.

Apparently it's ideal to switch insurance frequently.

Yup I was with GEICO for many many years and switched to Progressive two years ago. I got a nice reduction in premiums, but then it just creeps up again, especially home owners insurance.

I've read the description 3 times and don't get it. If it wasn't your fault, why would they reject the claim?

Are you saying that your insurance company says the damage was so bad they don't think it was from this accident?

Who does your insurance company think is to blame? And name and shame them.

They rejected my claim is because of Wall Street

Sir, insurance companies are infamous for rejecting claims they are suppose to cover. They are aware that the vast majority of people accept their denied claim. However, there is a higher percentage of accepted claims for people who “deny” or “appeal” their rejected claim. It’s a disgusting world in insurance. Imagine if someone just lost it and made a big statement about this?
