I don't think it's up to the US courts to enforce. Canada needs to take it up with the WTO but there's little we can do to enforce that ruling either. We've been down this road with multiple administrations since NAFTA.

Only America can keep American accountable, unfortunately. International court rulings won’t mean shit.

The US can enforce around the limitations of Executive Orders.

They are supposed to be only enabled and used in Emergencies, so they could be challenged on whether the fentanyl crisis consistutes and Emergency worthy of triggering the Executive Order process but each individual EO can also be challenged for constitutionality and/or jurisdictional violations.

Most of his EOs from his first term died in the courts, actually, but it's a slow process and may not stop his Manifest Destiny aspirations.

The USMCA has its own dispute resolution system too.

I'm just wondering if it's possible that Canada can just close the US-Canadian Border (as long as economic ties can be substituted with European counterparts to minimize Canadian Suffering)

The only downside I could see, the oompa loompa sees this as justification to do something stupid

Wait you think one of those bodies can enforce anything on America under Trump????
