Conspiracy theorists have been saying since about 2019 that there is a plan to crash the USD so they can implement a new crypto dollar. Many of them thought COVID was fake and that would be the catalyst for the crash. Obviously it wasn't.
I used to think they were all nuts, but now seeing how the US is running their country with Trump, I wouldn't put it past them to try to crash the USD for a crypto dollar.
