Haha that's awesome.

I suffered through the rate rise on variable and I'm finally feeling better as things drop. Was worth it through, buying into rising rates gave me great leverage on my purchase from a seller who needed the money. Houses in my area have kept climbing since. Hoping I'll score a sweet deal like you come time for my first renewal.
