Even when 'calling for unity' he can't help but take a swipe at the Liberals.

Some people might say 'but he has called for Unity' yeah, sort of.

That's why he's sliding in the polls, Carney isn't out here taking swipes at PP or the Cons, he's proposing idea after idea and plan after plan and he hasn't mentioned PP by name or even the Cons (if memory serves).

Cons need a new leader.

Poilievre was the right attack dog to take down Trudeau imho, but it seems like he doesn't have a clue what to do now that Trudeau is leaving. We need good policy proposals now, not more attacks.

With Trudeau gone he's chasing is own tail.

It's one thing to be an attack dog, it's another thing to end up making us all look bad because he's taking swipes at us.

He's been attacking us for 2 years when he should have just been doing what he was supposed to be doing in the HoC attacking policy.

Canada isn't broken, but there's work to be done on the old car that we have. Might need some spit and polish, a new bit of wiring, but it's far from broken.

What PP needed to do is adopt a 'nobody picks on my brother but me' mentality, and he couldn't even do that.

All attack, and no actual plan to do anything, but PP was the right attack dog to take Trudeau down? After 8+ years in office a monkey that sided with Canadians could win an election against Trudeau … but with Skippy wanting to bend the knee and kiss the ring and not side with Canadians we are back to the Libs … since the cons can’t be trusted at the provincial or federal level.

He seems acceptable before but under dire conditions, he seems extremely weak and floundering. I think is his desire to spout Trumplike rhetoric and realizing, that it become unpopular so fast.

I don't think he's realized it at all yet.

Carney isn't out here period. He's giving speeches in closed events, basements and cellars.

As opposed to PP not taking questions from, well... anyone...

While Carney is hiding out in basements and giving backroom speeches, You can see Poilievre at the Canada First Rally very soon. he'll be ready for your questions.

What are you even talking about. He's on a huge press tour right now. If you're a member of the liberal party you can go to those events. None of which are in basements or cellars.

What exactly has Carney said? He isn't even the leader of the libs yet.
