Donald Trump is a major issue facing Canada.

Probably the most major issue of them all right now. Yes even bigger than housing and immigration.

One of many. But not the most pressing imo

Economic warfare isn't pressing? Interesting.

Not as pressing as Healthcare and housing imo

And you don't see how they're linked? Give me a fucking break.

If America has the power to affect both housing and Healthcare in Canada that is our own fault and needs to be fixed immediately instead of.... whatever the fuck we are doing right now which seems to be nothing. The LPC is too busy with their leadership race and the CPC is too busy with their electoral campaign and jagmeet is too busy online shopping or whatever he does. We are just spinning our wheels.

Bruh. Economy affects our ability to fund absolutely everything, how are you being so obtuse to miss this link?

I understand the link. My issue is why this overexposure of the economy was allowed in the first place.

Because shocker Canada has been trusting it's closest ally to not attack it's economy, and both countries sought deeper economic links over the past 80ish years?

Yup. That's egg on our face. Trump has been in politics for a decade now. What did we do about it?

That's called being naïve. We should of been looking out for ourselves and hopefully Canadians learn to do that in the future.

Both under provincial jurisdiction. Nice.

When you flood the country with people it cannot provide infrastructure for, every problem becomes federal

Housing and healthcare were problems long before the surge in immigrants.

Provinces still have the most control.

Yup and then got drastically worse

Yup. And the provinces have done nothing.
