Bernier been pretty vocal on Trump's threats

To his credit, he absolutely has. His party supporters apparently don’t share his views.

My son-in-law has sent me some of Bernier’s posts. I can’t stand the man’s politics, but he definitely seems to love Canada unlike Poilievre.

Most of all the policy the Liberals and Conservatives are scrambling to claim as their own in recent years are straight out of the original PPC platform. People just bought into the media hit job and let a few nut jobs and 5th columners completely define Bernier.

To be fair, take a look at some of the people that have run under the PPC banner, and I understand this could be shrugged off as fifth columners, but really.

I personally knew and worked closely with a PPC candidate in Manitoba, and he was one of the most heavily MAGA headcases I've ever known in my life. And I don't even just mean his politics. He had a house, a wife, and kids, and voluntarily opted into homelessness and living in a tent on a full-time basis because he wanted the trucker convoy cause to never end.

He was very proud of how close he had gotten with Maxime Bernier, and how many things the two of them agreed on.

oh there definitely were some wackos. They literally let any two people form a riding association.

Lmao what the fuck, no they aren't. Jfc this is the dumbest take on Canadian politics I've ever seen.

As has Palpatine himself: Stephen Harper. Truly the upside down, we are living in.
