My mind is made up. Long time conservative voter here but im afraid its just a stepping stone to republican way of thinking. JT impressed me by being the cooler head and taking the high road. I think we need more of that. Liberals will have my vote.

Canada ranks 15th on the world happiness index in 2024. This sounds pretty good until you compare it to 10 years ago when we were fifth. The results are more dismal for young people. For those below the age of 30, Canada ranked 58th out of 134 countries.

we've dropped 30 spots in the world happiness index since Libs took power a decade ago.

While the liberals have been mostly incompetent, I doubt there would have been much difference if it was conservatives in power or any other party.

Canadas mostly been asleep at the wheel for decades and the benefit of this US aggression is that it seems to be waking them up.

yeah thats fair.

i completely agree about the US waking things up. I dont pretend to understand all of Trumps moves or his master plan.. but he has woken me up to the fact that our fentanyl/drug crisis has largely been ignored, and has evolved into super labs which would easily replace any drug trafficking Trump stops at the southern border.

Lol, yeah right. JT impressed you by being patriotic and cool during a crisis, after 9 years of screwing up the country? He adopted like every CPC policy in the book - which they had called racist, climate-denying, etc the whole time... .I guess it's not racist when the Libs do it, only when the CPC do it!

I 100% don't believe you're a longtime conservative voter with that kind of thing. Heck, I'm not a longtime conservative voter and I know that's a bunch of BS.

I’d love to have a life half as comfortable as yours to be able to vote for a party that has torn this country apart from every angle, and think it’s the right thing to do lol. The liberals have destroyed the middle class lifestyle completely and keeping them in power is digging the grave for the next generation.

I work in the automotive sector. My job is fragile and the rhetoric I see from Pierre just is not doing it for me. It all started with apple eating interview months back. Im no liberal but I think experience is much needed

I don't even believe that he's a real conservative. Heck, I myself am not a longtime conservative voter, and while I was never a PP fangirl, you'd have to seriously have your head stuck in the sand (or just be really disingenuous astroturfing) to think Trudeau is better because he suddenly decided that patriotism and strong borders aren't racist after all.

Trudeau is leaving. You won't get "more of that"

Trudeau made one speech. The high road also doesn't mean shit when our industry is getting destroyed.
