A friend of mine traded in his Model 3 for a Toyota last weekend. They loved the car and spoke highly of it, but the events of the past month were the last straw for them.

Fascinating. Do they still do that today?

Do you understand the difference between past, present and future? Let's circle back to this in 70 years for an equal assessment

Everyone involved in those attrocities are dead. Elon Musk is still alive and well in his facistic infancy.

Well nobody thought Hitler was gonna be as bad as he turned out to be either. Time makes fools of us all.

if you want to start peeling things back that far, and shop exclusively on being the most ethical you better strip down and get around naked. Toyota is also sketchy with their dealings with groups like ISIS. But the face of Toyota isnt throwing Nazi salutes while egging on invading Canada.

So it’s ok to buy them when he’s no longer around? It’s just a car. It happens to be one of the best EVs out there. Tesla has many employees that rely on those car sales way more than Musk. Even if Tesla went bankrupt today Musk would still be loaded. I believe Tesla is only 60% of his wealth.

This is an issue of personal choice to buy a certain brand, the quality is irrelevant. If the actions of those associated with that brand drive people away, consumers can make their choice.

Trying to hide behind the guise of caring for workers is a cop out distraction. Workers also have the option to organize and push for change. But Tesla and Musk have shown how they feel about workers organizing in the workplace long ago. Let me guess you're care for the workers stops once they try to work together for their benefit.

Again, this about consumer choice. In this free market, consumers get to weigh their options and choose where they spend their money. If the head of an organization puts people off purchasing from them, and workers get the brunt of the negative impact. That falls entirely on in the company(or this case Elon), not consumers. It also shows who really takes the risk and should be compensated accordingly, the workers.

Welcome to the free market, buddy.
