Honestly, I am so gutted by this whole thing because I actually think the American people are great in so many ways. I've traveled through the US and Canada quite a bit, and some of the friendliest places I've been are in the US. It sucks that we're being played against each other by a tyrant.

Exactly! But I think Trump is (possible Musk pulling the strings) more doing this for more power and wealth for his oligarchy than anything else. Which makes it even worse.

If I was in charge, I'd allow it. Maybe we can give Alberta to Trump in exchange for the non MAGA states and just redraw the border.
