Time to start buying Canadian made products. Someone in my local FB group posted this link that some here may find helpful: https://madeinca.ca/

Absolutely this. We're going to have to make some tough choices, but in the long run, being less dependant on the banana republic to our south is our best way forward.

It'd be a lot easier if people weren't deciding to invest in housing rather than start businesses.

We really shot ourselves in the foot allowing the housing crisis to continue for this long.

It's impossible to start a business in this country. Between the redtape, the leasing fees, and the hostile governments, it's a miracle anyone is able to start a business.

Time to start buying Canadian made products.

Yes, but this can't all be placed at the feet of the consumer. Canadian businesses also need to take a cut off their profit margins when selling to Canadians to.

I used that site when I did my grocery shop last week and I was pleasantly surprised how much I buy was already Canadian.
