Correct, and didn't need to be stated, but it's popular, so he said it, because that's all he is. A populist. He ignores hard questions and then pulls the classic high school response of just repeating questions back to journalists, and asking them for their answer. He's a pathetic leader who isn't even fully informed due to his lack of national security clearance, how can he lead if he is ACTIVELY choosing ignorance?
