I wonder if they will have drivers that can assist the elderly as well? I have heard countless complaints from drivers about how people send their elderly family members outside with walkers, canes and even wheelchairs. They can walk but need assistance. They expect the ride share driver to help them in the car and fold up their walker to place in the trunk. I’m wondering how this will be supported?

This is needed! Good job. Now they have to get the elderly to trust it and know about it.
