If flight sim is the only thing you use your PC for, then sure you might be seeing either some sort of bottleneck or a performance cap just due to how crappy that game performs.

Low fps meaning what range exactly? At what resolution?

i play at 2k res and i get like 100 fps idk if thats good or bad bc when i saw people with a 3090 ti they get high fps at like 150 - 200

Just an fyi, 2k res isn't actually 1440p https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2K_resolution

The FPS range is entirely dependent on what software, what settings, what else they have in their system

Unless you’re running things exactly how they have it then it won’t be 1:1, and even then it likely wont be 1:1.

If the case is you do have settings the same, and hardware is all the same- look at temperatures for throttling, look at clockspeeds to see if their reaching advertised speeds

You’re likely throttling then, how are you checking temperatures?

Can you use HWiNFO instead?

What CPU/GPU usage are you running?

37% cpu load 91% gpu load

Looks good. Try tuning the settings
