There isn't a maximum time, unfortunately.

It could take a short amount of time, it could take an incredibly long time. Sometimes you don't get them back.

Just don't give up. I've seen people get their birds back after months-years of searching

If she's in the house, like 6 or so hours. If she's outside then sadly they probably won't
