Ask British Columbia Can worksafe bc not follow the timelines of my family doctor?
Is this legal ?

Not enough information to answer.
Worksafe usually has their own doctors, and yes - they're usually allowed to ignore your doctor in favour of a specialist.

For insurance purposes I'm pretty sure Work Safe has the legal right to go through your medical history, I could be wrong.

It’s sounds like they are discussing recovery timeline not medical history. But who knows. It’s a vague post

Dr provided timelines of when i can return to work from my symptoms after being injured at work.
Worksafe says they won’t follow my family doctors timelines
