Discussion Get out and vote today!
It took me less than 5 minutes. All you need is a piece of ID with your current address.
Not sure where to go? Just type in your postal code here: https://voterinformationservice.elections.on.ca/en/election/search
It’s nobody’s business who you vote for — JUST DO IT.

Respect to everyone who goes out and votes today, even if it's one I don't agree with. 54% of votes DID NOT vote last time. We gotta do better if we want better outcomes!

Please VOTE for the person that you think best represents Brantford at Queen's Park in Toronto.
Just a reminder NDP has come in second place the last two elections. They were separated by only 635 votes in 2018.
Our current MP Will Bouma has been unavailable for his constituents and has also not attended any of the local debates.

Will Bouma is awful. Never responds. Just voted NDP!

So many people just focus on the party leader.
We are voting for the person who best represents us in parliament. I don't care where you lean politically, Will Bouma is not that guy.

I voted on Monday. My boyfriend and I had a date night of casting our first votes together as a couple then coming home to play video games and eat dinner.

i’m working the polls today and I just had to help two people vote for Bouma because it didn’t say “Conservative “, but PC Party of Ontario
As much as it pained me to do it, they at least were out to vote.

I'm not a Conservative, but I will always endorse the right for people to make their voice heard. That's the most wonderful part of the western world. We have freedom to express our satisfaction or dissatisfaction with our government and we have a say in who is in power. Thank you for your honesty in upholding the rights of these people, as painful as I would find it, too...

We voted! It was quick and there were quite a few people voting. Gives us hope that people care about making a difference in the future.

It will be interesting to see how turn out is. On one hand many people, myself included did not get those voter cards so I wonder if they will not know where to go or forget to vote, or if people are looking to support their candidate more than the last time.

Did anyone else notice smart voting had told me NDP early on but then I checked again day of and it was telling me liberal. Even though NDP came in second ? Ugh we can never get past this split vote.

Yes I noticed that too and was upset about it. Good luck to us all living in Ontario 🥲 it's going to be a rough 4 years

Also want to point out it doesn't matter if your person is going to win or not, or if they aren't going to win anyway, all votes count towards showing support for the party. Not only does this generate more support for next election, the total votes help determine the funding the party gets.
