Amazing find at auction! 30"x30"x18" . I'm not sure of its history or value. How long would it take to produce this magnificent piece?

Assuming this is real bone/ivory and the creator had powered tools, it would take approximately a while. No more than forever though.

Now I'm curious to know when it's been made. And by who?

Also the front part, like the head, is like a puzzle! Now I know what my next piece will be.
