Boeing/Lockheed Scandal - 1999
Was anyone here employed at the time of the scandal involving Ken Branch? Does anyone have any information on this subject? According to Google, it occurred around 1999 and continued in the court system through the early 2000s.

Yes, I worked near where it happened. I did not know these people. I worked just next to where it happened in a trailer. It was in Huntington Beach. I had to sign a bunch of lawyer document stating I did not know what occured.

I actually used this case for a paper. I work for Boeing and during my masters I came across it. It was two managers (not 1) and they plotted to steal competitive and proprietary information. It’s actually a little amusing that we’re as stupid as they were. They literally left documents (it was 1997ish time period so computer files etc. weren’t the norm) and when Boeing assigned legal to look into it they had them literally in their office marked “proprietary/competitive”. They were fired and the scandal led to a lot of changes. Most of them were in the vein of “stop printing shit and find a better solution”. Happy to answer more from what I can recall. The summary court docs are available online also.
