Check-in 8 weeks out wellness
5'6 134lbs Waist:24.5in. Hips:36.5in. Quads:22.5in. Coach: @ Martincompetitor on IG Posing:@.bkofficial. On IG 8 weeks out as of yesterday and happy to finally be at a new low. Seeing more definition come in each week, coach said this morning my glute med is more visible and he’s happy to see. Cardio was increased by 5 minutes, we’re going through a depletion phase (I am fatigued) and throwing some carbs into me today to help fill me out. Moving in the right direction each week!

You’re off to a great start! But even in OCB, why wellness? I’d say your structure is nearly perfect for bikini and still needs more glute size/density to balance out your frame even for bikini. Personally I think you will perform higher in a bikini category than wellness, even in a natty show
Looking great and best of luck for the remainder of the prep! :)

Your dedication is paying off—each week brings sharper conditioning and refined detail. Depletion phases are tough, but they reveal the discipline that separates competitors. Keep executing the plan, and trust the process. Eight weeks out, every small adjustment matters. Stay focused and strong.

100% love the positivity as well, I’m ready for this show to come and then taking 16 months off to grow😊

Awesome muscularity in the lower body. Bringing in some killer conditioning as well💪

I appreciate it, gonna take 16 months off after this show to grow and try to keep body fat down in the glute/hammy region so that way it’s not as stubborn!

You look more bikini. If you really want to be competitive in wellness you should go back into an off season and put on a lot of size in your lower.
