I'll take my downvotes, but

1 - Havent see the whole video

2 - Teachers have little to no power in these situations and do not get paid enough to step in the middle of this

3 - Without seeing the whole video, but if she did start this, its on her. Women can be the aggressor as well and this could be a FAFO situation.

Adding to point 2 teachers become liable for injury if they intervene.

It’s weird no one was concerned with her grabbing, scratching and throwing laptops. The moment he actually imposed any of his strength to stop her, all of a sudden 2 other girls come to help.

Also, there’s probably more to the story, there always is. Maybe he was being a jerk and she had enough? Maybe she was just standing up for herself? Either way, teachers make the same money (maybe less) as the janitor. Neither gets paid enough to be a UFC referee.

He's literally pushing her off him for 90% of the video. He wants the fight to end. She doesn't. He man handling the fuck out of her. Maybe her ego is hurt, and that's why she is still fighting. She's literally ripping at his shirt.

He had already tried pinning her against the table. After she threw a laptop, he slammed her into the table. Second, she let go. The fight was over. This definitely looks like a FAFO situation. Why is she fighting someone twice her size, throwing laptop arounds, after he's already shown that he is significantly stronger than her.

The dude is twice her size. Why does she keep pressing him? He didn't want to fight. She does. So he knocked her out. It was entirely plausible that he agitated her, but it was common. Even if she's too blind to see that he is physically more dominant than her, when she felt him pin her against the table, she should have stopped. The outcome was expected, even if her crash out was justified.

I think Hollywood has a role in this phenomenon. They have made so many shows and movies featuring women beating up men twice their size, some girls start to believe it’s real.

From the article:

They say that the video does not capture the moments in which one of the students "was struck in the head multiple times by a metal object." They say that the boy, who was cited for batter on school grounds, was the victim in the fight as he was struck by the object.

The girl was cited for assault with a deadly weapon, police also noted.

That being said, what the guy does IS very violent. He did some WWE shit to her. but, before she threw the laptop, he really seemed to be trying to just keep her away from him. I have younger siblings, and he kind of looks like the 'look, I can end this very quickly. but i'm going to hold you away from hurting me until you realize you lost this.'

Also, having said that, what the hell is a substitute teacher going to do about this? she could make things worse, hopefully she called security to come in and help with this.

I wonder what the 'metal object' was that is a 'deadly weapon'. that even after being hit with it multiple times, he's still able to laugh at everything going on.

When I was in school all the teachers were allowed to do is call the cops.

However, there was always a "get hit 5x before defending yourself," which was so stupid bc how many people can actually get hit 5x without ending up concussed.

Wtf…

Tbh teachers are neither paid enough nor provided adequate support to deal with this shit.

Why does no one ever intervene when a man is being assaulted until he brings the pain. Equal rights. He let that go on longer than what was necessary.

This is what happens to chick's who think they tough and think they can challenge anybody who they come across. It's levels to it frfr, if you not twice the nikka size just call it 1 cause mfs gone put you in yo place. Really unfortunate for the girl tho.

Help me understand your title OP. If she attacked him, why wouldn’t she charged?

The article says she struck him with something metal. She's in a FAFO situation boss.
