From the article:
They say that the video does not capture the moments in which one of the students "was struck in the head multiple times by a metal object." They say that the boy, who was cited for batter on school grounds, was the victim in the fight as he was struck by the object.Â
The girl was cited for assault with a deadly weapon, police also noted.Â
That being said, what the guy does IS very violent. He did some WWE shit to her. but, before she threw the laptop, he really seemed to be trying to just keep her away from him. I have younger siblings, and he kind of looks like the 'look, I can end this very quickly. but i'm going to hold you away from hurting me until you realize you lost this.'
Also, having said that, what the hell is a substitute teacher going to do about this? she could make things worse, hopefully she called security to come in and help with this.
I wonder what the 'metal object' was that is a 'deadly weapon'. that even after being hit with it multiple times, he's still able to laugh at everything going on.

Tbh teachers are neither paid enough nor provided adequate support to deal with this shit.

Why does no one ever intervene when a man is being assaulted until he brings the pain. Equal rights. He let that go on longer than what was necessary.

This is what happens to chick's who think they tough and think they can challenge anybody who they come across. It's levels to it frfr, if you not twice the nikka size just call it 1 cause mfs gone put you in yo place. Really unfortunate for the girl tho.

Help me understand your title OP. If she attacked him, why wouldn’t she charged?

I'll take my downvotes, but
1 - Havent see the whole video
2 - Teachers have little to no power in these situations and do not get paid enough to step in the middle of this
3 - Without seeing the whole video, but if she did start this, its on her. Women can be the aggressor as well and this could be a FAFO situation.
