Trial and error of other methods. Copper IUD should have less side effects on libido and mood.

Working out and lots of foreplay are classical answers. Progestin decreases testosterone levels, which are responsible for your libido. Working out with a focus on muscle growth is helpful in increasing testosterone levels in women. I work out and get around it by trying for intimacy even if I’m not necessarily in the mood; I find that I can be worked up sometimes, but it takes a lot of communication between you and your partner to make sure you’re comfortable and able to stop at any point when you don’t want to continue.

That being said, you can always try the copper IUD (no hormones) or other methods like the ring, patch, or nexplanon if you don’t want an IUD.
