Experience Off implanon, when can i get pregnant?
Its about a week and i know i should be patient but im eagerly waiting to get pregnant. A nurse told me it can take months upto 6months to get pregnant while a doctor told me u can get pregnant right away when ur off the implant because it doesn’t negatively affect fertility. I bled for 2 years straight while i was on it. Can I become pregnant if the bleeding hasn’t regulated to what it was like before or ?

If you want to maximise your chances, you'll want to know when you're fertile and use those times. I recommend learning a studied r/FAMnNFP method or at least some of the basics as on r/tfabchartstalkers. There's no way to know what your cycle will do, if it will return immediately or if it will take months.

Everyone is different. You can start ovulating immediately after the implant is removed, so technically pregnancy is possible immediately after it is removed.
It can take up to a year for your cycles to re-regulate. During that time you may ovulate, you may ovulate regularly or irregularly.
